Talent Mobility: The Modern Approach to Succession Management
Event Recorded on:
Tuesday, 17 November 2009, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM (GMT -04:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)
Historically, organizations viewed succession management as the preparation of successors to top executive positions. Today's organizations must take a much broader view and build dynamic internal processes for moving talent from role to role at leadership, professional and operational levels. During this webinar, Lamoureux will discuss the key roles of all stakeholders – boards of directors, business leaders and employees; pool-based versus position-based succession plans; strategic talent reviews at the business, regional and enterprise levels; transparent succession management; and how to create a culture that promotes and values talent sharing.
