Leading a Global Learning Transformation at Yum!
Event Recorded on:
Tuesday, 06 April 2010, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM (GMT -04:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)

Are you trying to implement a centralized Learning Management System in a decentralized learning environment? Are you transforming your learning organization, not just adding new tools and technologies? Do you have technical challenges in reaching remote learners, such as network connectivity issues, differing operating systems, and decentralized IT support? Tired of it being called an “eLearning” project when it is so much more? We are, too!

Come hear how we have met these challenges at Yum! brands as we transform our learning organization, embed new technologies, and manage a decentralized world with centralized processes. What we learn every day may surprise you, but then again, it may not!
