Best-practice organizations are taking a new approach to performance management -- moving from an annual event driving compensation decisions to an ongoing management conversation designed to engage employees with the business. During this webinar, Levensaler will address why today's business climate demands that companies replace traditional performance management practices with new processes that have a far greater impact on the business, employee development, and employee engagement. Levensaler will also discuss the role of technology and the relationship of performance management to virtually all modern talent management processes.
